Introduction to crossfit

On-ramp is for individuals with very little or no experience in CrossFit. It is also for individuals who have done CrossFit in the past but who would like to use it a refresher course. CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport incorporating elements of high intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises.

The Program

The program consist of three one on one sessions over the course of three days. Each day is focused on different elements of CrossFit. This is to make you familiar with the 9 fundamentals and standards of CrossFit. It will help you to execute the movements with confidence during a normal class environment. It also helps our coaches to gauge where our focus should be with each individual.
