Crossfit group classes

About this program

These classes are designed to enhance your physical and mental capacity. Training in a group is an excellent way of keeping you motivated and to push yourself to train harder. 

A typical CrossFit class

Warm-up

2 Rounds:

  • 200m run
  • 10 air squats
  • 5 push ups

Strength and skill:

Back Squat

  • 5 x 5 reps working up to heavy for the day

Workout of the day (WOD):

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Cool down and stretching

PM – 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00

Friday

AM – 05:00, 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00

PM – 15:00, 16:00, 17:00
